Our Ingredients Philosophy
At Beelicious, every bite deserves the finest care. We source only the best — natural vanilla from Madagascar, award-winning Isigny butter and Elle & Vire cream from France, finely milled Nisshin flour and fresh golden-yolk eggs from Japan, and world-renowned Valrhona chocolate. Each ingredient is carefully chosen to ensure every creation is rich in flavor, refined in texture, and truly worth savoring.

With over 20 years in the culinary industry, Chef Cliff Yan is celebrated worldwide for his mastery in pastry and sugar art, earning numerous prestigious awards across Hong Kong, Macau, Shanghai, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Germany, Luxembourg, and Switzerland. Specializing in intricate pulled sugar artistry, his creations are renowned for precision, detail, and elegance.

Currently serving as Head Chef (Chocolatier) at Lisboa Food and Wines Limited (Hong Kong), Cliff oversees Beeliciouscakes HK, crafting exquisite, custom-designed pastries that blend exceptional flavour with artistic beauty.
