Order Guidelines

At Beelicious, every cake is crafted with care and dedication. We want you to plan your celebrations and surprises with peace of mind, so we’ve outlined the following order guidelines:

General Orders:

• Bee Light Daily Collection:

Cakes from our Bee Light Daily Collection (including daily selections and seasonal specials) require at least 3 days in advance order.
You may select the size, flavor, and delivery date directly on our website.

• Tiny Smiles Collection:

Cakes from our Tiny Smiles Collection require at least 14 days in advance order.
You may select the size, flavor, and delivery date directly on our website.

• Special Cakes (Weddings, Celebrations & Large Cakes):

Wedding cakes and large celebration cakes require a minimum of 2 months in advance order to allow sufficient time for design, tasting, and production.

Price Adjustment: The base price may vary depending on the requested design, decorations, or special requirements.

• Bee-made for You – Exclusive Service:

We arrange direct consultations with our pastry team to help you design cakes that perfectly match your celebration theme.
Design Consultation: Each custom cake is highly personalized. We tailor the design based on your theme, occasion, colors, and size to create a one-of-a-kind cake.

Pricing: Custom cakes are not listed with fixed prices on our website. Fees will be quoted separately depending on design complexity and ingredients required.

Delivery & Pickup
- For 'Bee Light Daily Collection': both self-pickup and delivery services are available.

- For 'Tiny Smiles Collection, Special Cakes (Weddings, Celebrations & Large Cakes), Bee-made for You collection': only delivery services is available.

- Delivery fees and service areas will be detailed on our website. Additional charges may apply for special locations.

Additional Notes
- To ensure quality, cakes should be consumed within the recommended time.
- All cakes are freshly made with natural ingredients and contain no preservatives.
- We reserve the right to adjust delivery times or substitute ingredients under special circumstances (such as weather or supply chain issues). Customers will be notified as soon as possible.
